About the Role
As the Growth Operations Manager based in our Amsterdam headquarters, you'll report directly to our CEO and co-founder, playing a crucial role in scaling our U.S. marketplace operations. You'll work from our Amsterdam office alongside our tech team, putting you at the heart of product development and innovation. This is an in-person role that offers the unique opportunity to build and execute growth strategies from scratch while working directly with our founding team.
What You'll Do
Growth strategy & channel development
Own and optimize multiple growth channels including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising (coordinating with external agencies/partners)
Develop and execute scalable processes to increase sign-ups and improve funnel conversion across dental practices and hygienists
Build and maintain comprehensive growth dashboards to track and optimize performance
Market operations & analytics
Partner with U.S. territory managers to improve market health and drive user growth and retention
Analyze marketplace data to identify growth opportunities
Create and implement scalable processes to support market expansion
Tools & process development
Build and manage our growth tech stack, including HubSpot and various AI tools
Create and optimize sales operations processes to support our growing team
Implement and manage automation tools to increase operational efficiency
Cross-functional leadership
Work directly with the tech team to influence product development and features
Collaborate with founders to define and execute growth strategies
Coordinate with territory managers to ensure consistent execution across markets
Manage relationships with external partners and agencies
What You Bring to the Table
Required
Proven track record of executing and scaling operational processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems
Outstanding project management and organizational abilities
Self-starter mentality with a bias towards action and getting things done
Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have
Experience with growth marketing, SEO, or email marketing
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms
Background in marketplace or SaaS businesses
Experience in sales operations or sales enablement
