About the Role

As an Account Executive at Teero (remote position), you'll join our growing sales team at a pivotal moment. With just 5 people on the team today, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our sales culture, build our frameworks, and establish the foundation that Teero will build upon for years to come.

What You'll Do

Sales Excellence

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Execute and refine proven sales methodologies

  • Make the most of every conversation through structured discovery

  • Hit and exceed monthly quotas through disciplined execution

Process Building

  • Help develop and optimize our sales playbook

  • Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance

  • Leverage our full tech stack, including HubSpot and other industry-leading tools


What You Bring to the Table

Required

  • Proven track record of sales success

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and frameworks

  • Outstanding discovery and qualification abilities

  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

  • High standards in everything you do - never satisfied with "good enough"

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace or SaaS sales

  • Knowledge of the dental industry

  • Background in early-stage startup sales
